This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information when you play games published under the “ASP Games” brand.
The ASP Games brand is operated by Oleksandr Spiian (Oleksandr Borysovych Spiian), an individual entrepreneur (sole proprietor) registered in Ukraine (“ASP Games”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). If you have any questions about this policy, contact us at aspgames.dev@gmail.com.
01Scope of this policy
This policy applies to all mobile games and applications published by ASP Games on Google Play, the Apple App Store, and other distribution platforms (collectively, the “Games”), unless a specific Game provides its own separate policy. By installing or using a Game, you agree to the practices described here.
02Our website & waitlist
Our website asp-games.com does not use cookies, analytics, or advertising trackers for visitors. Fonts and all other assets are served from our own infrastructure — no third-party requests are made when you browse the site.
If you join our waitlist, we store the email address (and, optionally, the name) you submit. We use it solely to send you occasional product updates about ASP Games. We never sell or share this list. You can unsubscribe or request deletion of your entry at any time by emailing aspgames.dev@gmail.com.
03Information we collect
We aim to collect as little as possible. Depending on the Game and your settings, the following information may be collected automatically by us or by the third-party services we use:
We do not intentionally collect sensitive personal information such as your name, phone number, or precise location.
04How we use information
- To operate and maintain the Games and their core features.
- To save and sync your progress when cloud save is enabled.
- To display advertising and measure its performance.
- To understand gameplay through analytics and improve our Games.
- To diagnose crashes and fix technical problems.
- To process in-app purchases and prevent fraud.
- To comply with legal obligations.
05iOS App Tracking Transparency (ATT)
On Apple devices, before any tracking that uses the IDFA takes place, the Game presents Apple’s App Tracking Transparency prompt and asks for your permission.
- If you allow tracking, ad networks may use the IDFA to show and measure personalized ads.
- If you decline, we do not use the IDFA to track you, and any ads shown are non-personalized (contextual).
- You can change this choice at any time in iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking.
06Third-party services
Our Games use trusted third-party SDKs that may collect and process data under their own privacy policies. These may include:
- Advertising: Google AdMob, Unity LevelPlay (ironSource), AppLovin MAX — see Google, Unity, AppLovin.
- Analytics: Google Firebase / Google Analytics for Firebase, GameAnalytics — see Firebase, GameAnalytics.
- Diagnostics: Firebase Crashlytics.
- Distribution & payments: Google Play (Android) and the Apple App Store (iOS) — see Apple.
We do not control how these third parties process data once collected. Please review their policies for details.
07Children & families
Some of our Games are intended for general audiences, including children, and may participate in Google Play’s Designed for Families program and Apple’s Kids Category. We take children’s privacy seriously and comply with the Google Play Families Policy, the Apple App Store Kids Category requirements, the U.S. Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA), and the EU GDPR provisions for minors.
- For Games directed to children, we use only ad and analytics SDKs that are certified / permitted for kids on the relevant platform, and configure them to serve non-personalized (contextual) ads only.
- On iOS Kids Category Games, we do not include third-party advertising or analytics except as expressly permitted by Apple, and we do not present the ATT tracking prompt to children.
- We do not knowingly use persistent identifiers (such as the Advertising ID or IDFA) to build profiles of, or target ads to, children.
- We do not knowingly collect personal information from children for our own marketing purposes.
If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact aspgames.dev@gmail.com and we will promptly delete it.
09Data retention
We retain data only as long as necessary for the purposes described in this policy, or as required by law. Analytics and advertising data are retained according to the providers’ own retention periods. You may request deletion at any time (see below).
10Your rights
Depending on your location (e.g. the EU/EEA under GDPR, or California under CCPA/CPRA), you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict processing of your personal data, and to object to certain processing.
To exercise any of these rights, or to request deletion of your data, see our Data & Account Deletion page or email us at aspgames.dev@gmail.com.
11Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect data. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
12International data transfers
Our service providers may process data in countries other than your own. Where required, such transfers are protected by appropriate safeguards (for example, the providers’ standard contractual clauses).
13Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top reflects the latest version. Material changes will be communicated within the Game or on this page.
