You can request deletion of the data associated with your use of any ASP Games title at any time. This page explains what can be deleted and how to ask.
The ASP Games brand is operated by Oleksandr Spiian (sole proprietor, Ukraine). Requests are handled at aspgames.dev@gmail.com.
01What data can be deleted
On request, we will delete the data we hold that is linked to you or your device, including:
- Cloud save & account data — game progress, settings, and sign-in records.
- Analytics identifiers — identifiers tied to your gameplay data where deletion is supported by our analytics providers.
- Advertising identifiers — the Google Advertising ID (Android) or IDFA (iOS) associated with your device in our records.
- Support correspondence — emails and information you sent us, once no longer needed.
02How to request deletion
Send an email to aspgames.dev@gmail.com with the subject line “Data Deletion Request” and include:
- The name of the game you played.
- Your player / account ID, if you have one (often shown in the game’s settings).
- If you don’t have an account, your device advertising ID or any detail that helps us locate your data.
Where a Game lets you create an account, an in-game “Delete account” / “Delete my data” option is available (typically in Settings) on both Android and iOS, in line with Google Play and Apple App Store requirements. You can also start the request by email below.
03What happens next
- We confirm receipt of your request, usually within 7 days.
- We delete or anonymize the associated data within 30 days, and instruct our service providers to do the same where applicable.
- We’ll let you know once the deletion is complete.
04What we may retain
We may keep limited information where we are legally required to, or where we have a legitimate need — for example:
- Transaction records required for tax, accounting, or anti-fraud purposes.
- Aggregated or anonymized data that can no longer identify you.
Such data is retained only for as long as required and is then deleted.
